    Up to 3 active files. Contract-to-close coordination, deadline and compliance tracking, weekly status email.

  • TC Standard $1,400 / month
    Up to 5 active files. Twice-weekly updates, offer and addenda drafting support, full add-on menu.
  • TC Pro $3,000 / month
    Up to 10 active files. Pre-listing coordination, expanded drafting support, a week of vacation coverage each quarter.
  • TC Growth $4,500 / month
    For when you are ready to bring an admin in-house and want them trained on a working system. Up to 15 active files, plus the SOPs and training to get that hire ready.

Best fitThree to five closings a month and climbing. You want dates, documents and communication handled without changing how you work.

Investor lane

Investor Freestyle, Lite & Core

A separate track built around title work, not retail timelines.

  • Investor Freestyle $500 per file, paid at closing
    Contract-to-close coordination for investors who need support file by file.
  • Investor Lite $2,000 / month
    Up to 5 new files a month, additional files $500 each. Lender and title coordination, weekly consolidated status email.
  • Investor Core $4,000 / month
    Up to 10 new files a month, additional files $500 each. Twice-weekly updates and an optional weekly stand-up.

Best fitWholesale, assignment and off-market volume, up to 5 new files a month for Lite, up to 10 for Core.

Listings do not count toward capacity until they go pending, and there are no fallout fees on the monthly plans. Add-ons (flex files, pre-listing coordination, quick CMAs, showing assistance) are available on top of any ongoing plan.
